We at I AM Ministries are so excited to offer wonderful opportunities to individuals seeking to serve within the spiritual walls of our ministry. We can help you begin the fascinating process of discovering how God has designed and equipped you for service, and position you to produce the greatest harvest of spiritual fruit for the Kingdom of God.

In our experience, the optimal way to understand and discover your giftedness is in the setting of a small group. Our cell based ministries allow individuals to pair up in partners, in teams, and even in families to accomplish serving your fellow neighbor, Church, or community.

1. We suggest you first become acquainted with our ministry and learn more about our serving requirements and covenants.

2. We suggest that you know your Spiritual Gifts. Each of us has unique gift(s) that we have been given to use in service and knowing what those gifts are is helpful as you seek a service role. If you are unfamiliar with spiritual gifts, you may want to consider participating in an upcoming Spiritual Gifts Discovery course or take an online spiritual gift survey by clicking here.

3. What are you passionate about? Consider what is a passion for you, for example is it assisting elderly, or children, or those in need…what sparks your interest? Are you happiest working behind the scenes or upfront?

Serving from your heart

For the Lord says in Colossians 3:23-24; "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for men, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving.

We are called to understand and know the Lord with our Mind, love Him with our Heart, and serve Him with our Hands – and there are tons of ways to step into service at I AM Ministries. We offer a few suggestions to help you get started.
