One Minute with God: Hard Work

Everything we venture to do requires hard work if we are hoping for it to succeed. Whether you are starting a new business or you are endeavoring to attain some level of higher education - it will require great discipline and determination to witness the end results. The world has no room for mediocrity, and neither does God.

I’m sure you have heard it said; “you are either all in, or you are all out.” Devoting yourself to anyone or anything demands effort, and numerous amounts of sacrifices. We always find time for those things which are important, and we certainly are quick to venture out for anything that may bring us a sense of comfort and pleasure. So, while we are prioritizing our calendars let us find time to draw near to God, and keep our spiritual muscles active.

It does take Hard Work to keep the faith!

John 6:27-29

27 Do not work for food that spoils, but for food that endures to eternal life, which the Son of Man will give you. For on him God the Father has placed his seal of approval.”

28 Then they asked him, “What must we do to do the works God requires?” 29 Jesus answered, “The work of God is this: to believe in the one he has sent.”
