Reflections: Always Right

Be aware, but not concerned by those who are always right, who never authentically apologize, who are blinded by self-righteousness, who justify bad behavior with scripture, who manipulates others for gain, who are spiritually nearsighted, who conditionally love you, who are seated on their own throne of judgment, who always speak more than listen, and who associate their ability to confess wrong with weakness.

Pray humbly for them.

Luke 6:42

How can you say to your brother, 'Brother, let me take the speck out of your eye,' when you yourself fail to see the plank in your own eye? You hypocrite, first take the plank out of your eye, and then you will see clearly to remove the speck from your brother's eye.
