Do you still enjoy the smell of roses, or delight at the sun’s rays in the dawn, or how about the old hymnals that got you through your worst times when you worshipped God with the saints?
When you have been seasoned by the trials of life, and have journeyed long roads, you and I can easily become emotionally callused. Some of us have been tsunami’d by adversity, and others have gradually been morphed by the continual drops of unappreciated relationships.
However, you must be intentional in not allowing these scabs to prolong your progress. Continue to love, and do good to all. For love is more powerful than hate. Feel again, love again, and don’t miss it!
