Being anointed by God is a privilege that very few have, it is only found in the secret hiding place of communion with God. You can not substitute talents, charisma, gifts, and skill with anointing.
When you find someone anointed stick with them, pray for them, encourage them, and learn from them. Value and respect the work of God in that person's life. They may pass you their mantle!
