Have you ever had something poking at you that you wish would be removed? How about a rock in your shoe, or a thorn in your side, or even a nagging voice that continually reminds you of your imperfections?
Well like many of us today, we are all wishing that somehow things can return to normal. That somehow the current situations occurring all around us is all part of a bad dream. We are praying, hoping, and even waiting for something to give - in order to see what the next step in this new normal will be. While I am hopeful that God will sustain us through every challenge, I have also learned that some things don’t always have to be perfectly modified in order for a personal change to occur.
Acknowledging your weaknesses, and limitations reveal the beauty of our own humanity. For sometimes you don't always have to have the answers and be strong. For it is said, "for God's power is made perfect in your weakness." So, in times like these learn to lean on God so he can sustain you in His strength through every change. Strength in Weakness.
2 Corinthians 12:9-10
9But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me. 10That is why, for Christ’s sake, I delight in weaknesses, in insults, in hardships, in persecutions, in difficulties. For when I am weak, then I am strong.
